HealthCare Global ‘s insight into Treating Advanced and Complicated Cancers

HealthCare Global Enterprises Ltd. (HCG), South Asia’s largest cancer care network, has been the pioneer for treating highly complicated and recurrent cases of Cancer in any part of the body. HCG has been successfully treating Cancer patients from Africa.
Addressing the media Dr. Ajaikumar, Chairman and Radiation Oncologist, HCG said “Cancer is usually thought as a terminal disease. But today with recent advances in Cancer care technology, patients have got a new hope for the treatment of tumors and lesions, including ones that previously have been diagnosed as inoperable or untreatable with existing technology. We have a very classic example with us today on one of world’s rarest of brain tumor cases called the Pineal Gland tumor. Only 15 cases of this tumor have been reported till date worldwide. At HCG we have recently treated Serafine Moipei a 14 year old girl with this tumor. Radiation was the only option available, which she underwent successfully. She along with her mother is amongst us today and willing to share their experience on the same”.
Christine Moipei, mother of Serafine Moipei said “Serafine started losing track of where she was and remained in the bathroom for hours together, forgetting that she was inside it. She put on 18 kgs within a mere eight to nine months. That is when we realized something is wrong and that she needs to be examined by specialists and after looking for options in various other countries, we landed up at HCG”.
